Order and Shipping Times
Order processing time is around 2-3 business days from the moment you purchase, and standard delivery time is 3 to 7 days depending upon location. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

nellie&me provides free shipping Australia-wide.

We ship orders via Australia Post and all orders require a signature upon receipt. To ensure you can sign for your items, it's best to use a daytime shipping address (work or other). If you're not home, Australia Post will leave a card alerting you that your parcel is available for collection at a nearby post office.
Note that we are unable to redirect orders that have already been dispatched. Delivery to PO boxes is accepted, and a collection card will be left in the event that the mailbox doesn't accommodate the parcel.
Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address and the goods are not returned to us within 21 days of shipping, we will not refund your payment or replace the goods for you.
Parcel Does Not Arrive
It is your responsibility to inform us by email if an order does not arrive within 21 days. Once we receive your advice that the merchandise has not arrived, we will make enquiries to Australia Post to try and determine its location.
Please note that we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery by Australia Post. Also, in ordering, you acknowledge and agree that late delivery by Australia Post does not constitute a breach of your agreement with us and does not entitle you to cancel your order.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
